The timetable clearly states the bus leaves at 22 00. It did not leave early. On the contrary, it was almost 10 minutes late. If people - there were in fact just 3 stragglers - can't get out of the stadium and back to the bus stop in ten (or in fact eighteen) minutes then that's their problem. Ever...
