I'm checking out the AZ Alkmaar v West Ham contest to see how Billy Beane's "money ball" theory holds up and whether or not it's a model worth adopting for recruiting everybody from players to manager?

Snowflake Royal If Wednesday sack Moore and move in on Wilder, is Moore worth a shout for us?

Decent records at Donny and West Brom compared to what we're used to and just had Wednesday good enough for autos any other season...

Not the worst appointment but nowhere near some of the candidates mentioned.
I'd rather Michael Duff. I like the positivity his team's show.

I have been a fan of Duff for a while but don’t think we’d be able to tempt him, Barnsley have to be a better bet.

I’d be very happy with Moore.

With both Skinner and Duff getting mentioned recently has Mr Dai been watching too many Simpsons episodes lately?

So Kenny Burns or Paul Simpson it is then.

I actually think if we appointed Marc Skinner I’d call it a day. I am upbeat about next season and intending to go to every game, but for once I want to see a sensible management appointment.

Great pic there Sutekh. Perhaps that should be part of the selection process. First and foremost...must be folically challenged.

Which bit is harsh?

The sacking or inflicting this club on him

I’m glad we’re giving ourselves time to pick the right manager but let’s hope it’s a good choice. Phil Neville’s name has been mentioned which would be a bad one.

I hope it’s announced shortly as it’s a huge rebuild and it would be good to have the manager/squad in place in time for preseason. We’ll probably announce someone unknown on 30 August and sign the magnificent 11 on transfer deadline day, LOL

Nothing wrong taking our time. But if it's in July I'll be annoyed. Get it done in the next 2 weeks so we can get planning. Appointing a manager late just disrupts plans and will just make more worried that Dai doesn't care
