Honestly think refusing £8m for Moore and giving him a PL wage on a 3 / 4 year contract is one of the worst transfer decisions the club has ever made.

Only real other contenders are signing Aluko for £7m on top wages for 3/4 years at 28 and Pogrebnyak for 4 years on huge PL wages.

No surprises one under Zingaravich and two under Gourlay and Dai.

And wasn’t it Dai who blocked Moore’s transfer? Yet still the fans naively want to blame Gourlay as it fits the narrative better

This mess is completely our fault, the only thing the EFL can be blamed for seemingly is their lack of clarity on free signings at the moment

Can't blame a lack of signings for the crap set piece defending. Moore, Morrison, McIntyre, Rinomhota, Yiadom and Laurent all should have enough about them to deal with corners adequately. Basics.
