Can we have another of these after the game? In fact how about after every game?

Also this one didn't have a shake it all about option so I have tried my best to abstain from participating.

There's a 6/10 game form table here, as well as a 'relative form' chart, which shows PPG from the last 8 games minus PPG overall. These are a bit arbitrary as you can draw the line anywhere and then claim that's the "form" teams are in, but it gives a rough indication: http://www.soccerstats.com/formtable.as ... e=england2

FWIW, Birmingham, Forest, Hull, Sheff Weds and Barnsley are all below us in the 10 game table. We're bottom of the 6 game one.

Yeah, I looked it up a day or two ago and misremembered.

I think last 5/6 games is a good number for recent form, and 10/12 for longer term form. 10/12 because it's approximately a quarter of the season and 5/6 because it's half of that.

So what? The season is 46 games long

Because recent and medium term form helps predict what the outcome of the 46 game season will be and should inform expectations.

He’s clearly staying. May as well get behind him by booing a bit quieter at the next home game.

its certainly bought him a few more games. Nice to see him being flexible and changing things up a bit

Millwall is obvs a biggie. Win that and we are relatively comfortable again. Not quite at the plan for next season stage, but at least he'll have a bit of buffer between us and the bottom 3

FiNeRaIn Can you stop with the stupid Ian royal in every poll nonsense? Most people who read the team forum won’t care or have no idea who he is.
I'll edit it for you.

Maybe we can change it on future polls to the "Finerain strop" option...

I could see him going anyway if we lose to Millwall.

I'd go with this criteria on sacking.

Prior to Burton, next loss is a sacking. For every win before the next loss, add one to the number of losses required fot a sacking. Number of losses resets to zero after a win. Three draws without a win since the last loss counts as a loss.

Keep us ticking over with a few wins and lets try another summer, but another extended winless streak and it's goodbye.

I'm with Ian. I was reluctantly pushed into the OUT camp by the Wednesday Cup loss. It looks like the board are backing him for now, but as far as I'm concerned he's playing for his job til the end of the season. There needs to be an improvement in the performances, and ideally pick up a few decent results.
