Anything other than a defeat will be fantastic with confidence obviously at a low ebb at the moment.

So 2-0 Reading (Long/Church)

I will go for a cheeky little 3-0 away win. No-one will give us a chance and that is when we are at our most dangerous. And I will be sat in front of the tv consuming stupid amounts of alcohol!

Wax Jacket 4/5/6-0 to Leicester

If Pearce and Long play goals are guaranteed in one end

What's with the Pearce knocking? I thought the vast majority of goals we'd conceeded had been acknowledged as Mills / Feds / Hamers fault? I realise it's possible he may be playing arse and not actually obviously at fault for many goals yet.

I can think of Feds kick into Karacan, Hamer dropping it, Mills scoring an own goal. I seem to recall reading that Mills was at fault for at least one of the Scunny goals as well.

Anyway, I reckon we'll sneak this 2-1 because everyone is expecting bad things to happen.

Apparently we have an "unprecedented number of injuries" http://www.readingfc.co.uk/page/NewsDet ... 74,00.html

1-0 Leicester.

The Foxes are struggling at the moment too. I can see us sneaking a narrow away win. The Sig will score.

given the fact that every struggling team we seem to play batters us and then picks up plus the fact the we're on sky (which we rarely put a good showing on) and that we have more injuries than the royal berks on a friday night...

im going for a foxes win (and you have no idea how much that hurts to say!!!)

straight forward Leicester win 2-0

After the match Reading Owner Sir John Madejski said " a very encouraging performance from the team today, I have said all along that the true ambitions of this club will be seen when the youngsters from the academy come through to the first team, and the efforts this season haven't dissapointed me, we are having problems at this time with injuries, but the younger players are being very consistent in their performances, and also we have a couple of outstanding 13 year-olds who could yet feature this year"
