Well done to him for playing through the pain. Although I do hope it's quite painful without being serious.

Karacan's just said he's going to be out for at least 6 months and recovery begins after the op on wednesday.

Well from my armchair I can confirm he was superb.


Seems to me to be a better version of Ricky Newman. Versatile and will always give a solid, consistent 7/10 performance.

To be fair to Leeds it was Jem who ended his own season this time - shocking tackle by him rather than a cynical hatchet job by one of Warnock's thugs.

Re Drenthe.
Spoke to him yesterday. Injured his foot against Leeds, toe giving him problems but he hopes to be back next week. Doesn't stop him driving his enormous Porsche Magnum though!
