As a man I think he has a lot of the qualities we will need going forward, especially for a relegation struggle. As a coach I worry he has been away too long, had he been active over the past 5 years then I'd have no complaints.

Yeh not seen anything solid to suggest he is. You'd think if he was involved with Kia he wouldn't have been out of work for 8 years.

I thought Ince was an agent in more recent times. Anyway, he's here now so he gets a clean slate and so do the players. Hopefully we can keep the recent form up and start pulling away from the bottom 3.
