Millwall's away form isn't great, that said, our home form isn't great either, but Ince has a 100% home record so far, of 1 game, but that's still 100%.

Not enough to fear going to a pub. No idea what is wrong with people these days. Certain people need to be toughened up.

I went in a Millwall pub by accident a few seasons ago, not even a hint of an issue. Yeah their supporters can be complete racist bellends at times but they aren't going to just attack you for no reason, especially Reading supporters.

Yep, just like every club, they have a proportion of genuine, decent supporters and a proportion of idiots.

Will be on the train from London on Saturday, will actually be on the journey all the way from SE16, will report on any antics on the train, or lack thereof.

From the Chronicle

Ince on injuries: Scott (Dann) has been training this week. He's coming back into the frame. He's so important for us. He should be back...maybe okay for the bench on Saturday. Tom Holmes trained today, he looked okay. Trained the full session, looked sharp, he should be in contention for Saturday. I've got to be careful with Josh (Laurent). We've got to make sure Josh is 100% ready to play. He's a bit way off it - probably 2 or 3 weeks away.

It really was a total waste of time listening to Pauno for injury updates wasn't it? He just made them up on the spot

At least this is some sort of indicator as to when players will return.

Potentially Pauno thought he was being clever, not mentioning when players would return training/to games publicly so that the opposition didn't know. But I'm sure any opposition would have found some way around that anyway.

its a tough one - sounds like Dann is prob bench at best, so it'll be Holmes and Morro again with TMc LB I expect

Would look at Dann for the game after - prob put Holmes on the bench. though Morro and Dann are super slow as a pairing, McIntyre not exactly lightning quick at LB either.

Yeah, I would be pretty worried with a Dann and Morro partnership, from a pace POV.

Although we’re at an early stage, signs aren’t looking great for Barker already - you’d expect Ince, Hoilett, Meite, Ejaria and possibly Halilovic to all be ahead of him on the pecking order. With Ejaria being back fairly soon after Paunovic going - does raise questions about their relationship

Would go with the same team against Birmingham aside from the GK change and Meite in for Ince. Leaving a bench of
CBC Dann Ejaria Ince Halilovic Barker Clarke

Although Ince doesn’t seem to fancy Clarke so most likely TDB will be in an around somewhere

yeah it does seem a bit of a sign him because he is there and cheap type signing. Not really necessary but you never know - may be times when he is the player we want to get on the pitch. Can't see him starting. Be very surprised if there wasn't something wrong with the Ejaria/Pauno relationship.

I forgot TDB when I did my team, but again another one who I'm not quite sure where he fits. Ince said as a number 10 - so maybe its Swift cover, but he wouldnt be my first choice there either. He does have something about him though, so maybe general cover.

Clarke scored twice for the U23 in midweek so hopefully back on the bench for Saturday

Not sure any of our CB options have pace tbh, not sure it matters who plays there if it is speed you're looking for.

How many of Millwall's strikers are blessed with pace anyhow? I don't think Afobe is a carthorse as such but not exactly one I remember for his pace either. Could be completely wrong however and they may have some lightning quick forward I'm forgetting about.
