I went to the final on Sunday and the Saints fans I were talking to thought that they would have a good chance of signing him in the summer when he is out of contract based largely on the fact they didn't think he was good enough for the Championship.

They basically had him down as a bit of a Gilkesy, lightening quick, bit of an eye for goal but more crosses behind the goal than into the box.

Another reason for his fine display on Sunday though could also be that it doesn't get much better than playing in and scoring in a Wembley cup final on your birthday (as it was his).

I personally thought on the day he was man of the match and the decision to give it to Rickie Lambert was rubbish - apart from scoring a penalty he did very little (although we were sat next to his Mrs and she is very nice)

The squad as a whole is very in-balanced,and needs trimming. With Henry only signing a new deal in December, I fail to see the point of keeping Antonio.

They could decide to sell Henry and keep Antonio !

Or they could get offers for Kebe / McAnuff. We'll probably already have an idea who might be attracting interest !
