I don't care if Jimmy pulled out a pen and paper from his socks and wrote his mum a letter. If he was allowed the time to do such a mundane thing as pulling up his socks and Collison thought it was OK to lamp him one as a result - WHERE is the unwritten rule that players shouldn't do that to another player just because they're wound up? Where will it end?
