S09Royal
chandog 0-0

we arent very good against teams at the lower part of the league

yet we thumped Sheffield Wednesday 6-0, who were, at the time, at the bottom half of the table.

They were top half when we played them.

One swallow doesn't make a summer.

Anyhows. This all depends on which team turns up. We seem to have two, who bear physical resemblance to each other, but for mental toughness are as alike as H from Steps and Winston Churchill.

H from Steps: Lots of possession, woodwork hit four times, two goals ruled out for offside, home keeper has "game of his life" (except it WILL be surpassed should Arse be drawn in cup), Barnsley score from only attack, Kebe wears gloves - 1-0 Barnsley and comments from Coppell about not being able to fault the "character" of his side. Michael Parkinson seen in stands smiling smuggly.

Winston Churchill: Efficient 3-0 win. Goals from anywhere. Barnsley manager tips Royals for auto to excuse fact that his side were played off park. Harper scores ensuring selection until 2012 thus activating "Olympic torch" clause in contract. Coppell comments on not looking at the league table and Britney miming on X-Factor. Dickie Bird seen in stands signalling for third umpire TV replay.

You can draw your own conclusions.

3-1 to us.... Back to beating teams with ease and this will be the start of the climb to top spot.
