NewCorkSeth Direction ball travels at told me the Boro player didn't touch it until after Swansea player had toe poked it.

That’s how I saw it.

View looks very much like the player has kicked the Boro players foot onto the ball to me. Can’t see how the Swansea player could have touched it first from that angle

Would have to have been a huge amount of guesswork to deduce the swans player got the first touch

Anyway irrelevant now I suppose.

You see pens given like that all the time. The disallowed Boro goal and the Swansea pen last week were terrible decisions. They have in all likelihood picked up four points they didn’t deserve. They have been very lucky. Battered by Brentford, playing us when we were injury ravaged, playing Norwich when Buendia was injured. It just goes on and on.

I hope we get Swansea in the play offs the luck has to run out a some point, I know there has been a lot of we have a hard run in at the end of the season, but we also need to beat these teams to win the play offs, a good run against the top teams would show we are capable of winning the play offs. a mediocre run to the play offs will not get us there. 90 % of the time the team with momentum wins the play offs.

I do agree that I think Norwich are now out of reach. it is not beyond us getting that other auto spot with a good run. Also playing all the teams round us means we could leap frog teams.

But you could then argue with the chances created, they deserved to beat us and I’m sure there have been other occasions in games where they haven’t had their share of luck. Agreed that they’ve been on the right end of bad decisions in the last few games, but they’re high up on the league on merit and certainly shouldn’t just be ruled as a “lucky team” in a false position. Shades of what teams used to say about our Stam team and it wasn’t true then

URZZZZ Brentford vs Rotherham has been postponed tomorrow and will be played on Tuesday 27th April. This is because of a number of positive COVID 19 tests within the Rotherham squad

Must say that from a scheduling point of view, Rotherham are probably the last team they’d want affected as they have the least number of games played in the league and they’re running out of dates to fit in the games, especially if any games beyond this Saturday are postponed too for them

From our point of view, means we can further close the gap on 2nd though

Their game v Luton in midweek off now too. Their only midweek window is the first week of May.

If they, have one more game postponed, they will likely have to play Tues and Thurs one week to fit them in.

Yep, their game next weekend against Coventry has also been called off

Possibility of fitting it in and around the Easter period? So an early KO on Easter Monday, a game on Wednesday evening (7th) and then back to the Saturday may be an option? Otherwise will be what you said/played after the scheduled end of the season

Regardless, I’m sure they’d have planned for this as there was always a fair chance of it happening

Rotherham must be in danger of a fine or points deduction as this is what the 6th game postponed in two waves of infection - something can't be working there.

They must wish they were a rugby team. Postpone matches aren’t rescheduled and a panel allocates points. Fair chance they would get more points that way theAn actuallynplaying.

Don't think that is possible under the EFL rules. The last games of the season always kick off at the same time. That is to reduce the advantage of knowing before kick off exactly what can get you up, or need to avoid to go down.

A 98th minute dubious penalty...after 5 minutes of time was added on.

So that’s 4 penalties in 4 games

It’s made even more frustrating because they are a bloody boring watch.

We really need Swansea to lose tonight. Even a draw isn’t really enough. They need to start losing.

Just seen the pen, looked soft but seen them given, of course the taffs will get it.
