Contacting STAR about club issues

by STAR Voice » 10 Nov 2008 23:35

We're aware that there suddenly seem to be four issues which supporters are unhappy about - the memorial wall, the ticketing policy in Y26, the minute's silence and the mixing of cars and pedestrians before and after the ends of matches.

We're preparing to talk the the relevant people at the club, but if you feel strongly about these issues we need you to help us in this.

We have no credibility in our arguments if we go along to meetings and say "people posting on Hobnob say....." Everyone knows how easy it is for anyone to spout off on here, and it's difficult to differentiate the serious posters from the keyboard warriors. So please, if you're serious about these issues we need you to contact us with details.

This is particularly important with the cars/pedestrians issue, where we need to build up a proper picture of what happened when. We obviously didn't see everything that happened ourselves, and so we need details of exactly where and when the problems are happening and what's behind them.

So please, e-mail us on info@star-reading.org giving us full details and then we can work to do something about it.
