right or wrong, holt is clueless about Reading...

and I will be doing much the same as Coppell and JM and just rising above it all...I won't be tuning in...as I don't care what he has to say...

he is looking for attention and anyone phoning up for a slanging match is just playing into his hands...

just walk away...concentrate on the positives connected with everything RFC on the pitch and forget about the British press who continually get it so wrong

Turns8 the British press who continually get it so wrong

there's that insular, provincial small-club attitude!

the fact is we get medium to good press for 80% of the time and fantastic press for 15% of the time.

most people have taken to us because of the football and the way the manager deals with things.

He even admits to knowing little about the club!

Hunt and the stadium named after the chairman. Do some f**king research you pompous little tw*t.

Ooh giving Tim stick for saying "our" when referring to Reading players - calling him a cheerleader. I absolutely abhor the w@nker and I'm going to pooh in a jiffy bag very shortly and send it on...

To be fair, Tim is a bloody cheerleader!

But it's regional radio, not national, so by and large of course he will represent 'our' interests.

Not a cheerleader, Holt has used that in a way to make it sound like he's mocking him, Tim is a supporter, fan.

Unless he wears mini skirts and dances around with pom poms.
Tim??

I'm sure Shades could come up with something to make a little more RFC, and maybe Joel, Ollie and Tim can have one each.

I missed the end of Holts interview so I'm just listening to it. It's a shame you cant fast forward the first 15 mins.

My irritation with the man has pretty much gone, to be replaced with a big WTF.

If that was a normal footy phone-in and Tim or Joel had taken a call from someone like that the call wouldnt have lasted 30 seconds.

Oliver Holt sounds like a bell-end, and the worst thing is he had a week to get that interview right.

I expect it's old news, but despite his protestations that he has no partlicular allegiance to Chelsea, he has acted as ghost writer for both Frank Lampard's and John Terry's autobiographys.....
