A 550-mile round trip to watch Middlesbrough is slightly less appealing than a 400-mile round trip to watch Reading play one of the biggest clubs in the world I think it's fair to say?

Especially when there's £32 to be shelled out for the Man Utd replay.

To be honest I am looking forward to Boro immensely. We are due to tonk someone away from home and I think this will be it.

All depends on what Boro turn up. If it's the one that got turned over 4-0 at home by Pompey then yes - if it's the one that beat Bolton 5-1 then no.

Boro are possibly the most unpredictable team in this division - equally brilliant and abject.

Good point. I shall not be a happy H&P if I have to suffer a four hour train journey back after losing heavily away

I have also been looking forward to this one, my head say's we'll lose but my heart says we'll nick it near the end. The train journey back will be a lot pleasenter if we win.

It'd be nice!

Not that far away for me either, just have to talk work around to let me have the night off.
