Buying tickets

OS website has been changed this year, so I thought I would have a look around. I noticed that in the Friends and Family section it no longer shows the points against each individual. When we start to get to games that tickets are allocated by points how am I supposed to know if a friend has enough points.
I emailed the club and got an out of office message. Some days later I got a message that the email had been deleted without being read. I received no response. They call it customer service

Perhaps the system will only give you visibility of people who have enough points on any given day ?

Not sure how that would be any more helpful than the previous way.

Or perhaps they haven't got all the functionality in place yet, given there are no tickets being sold based on points in the near future.

You would think a quick reply wouldn't have been too difficult.....
