FA Cup Dates

I was about to take advantage of cheap advance train tickets for the Huddersfield league away game on Tuesday 24th February.

The 5th round of the FA Cup is scheduled for the 14 February. If we got to the 5th round and drew, would I be correct in thinking the league game would be cancelled?

I know it's a long shot but with £70 of non-refundable train tickets I don't think this is a risk I want to take!

Yes, that would be correct. Any replays in the FA Cup later rounds take place approx 10/11 days after the original tie, therefore any 5th round replay would be in w/c 23 Feb.

Bugger. Maybe I'll wait to see who we get in the next round. If it's Man City I think I'll risk it!
