Which number are you calling BR2? It's an automated number, so shouldn't go through to voicemail at all. Also, what time are you calling?

At various times and it is the number issued in the spiel from the announcement sent to season ticket holders.

I ended up writing to the club yesterday and, fair dos, got a phone call from Paul at the club and sorted out a ticket for my brother in the same row.
