No Fixed Abode Would it annoy anyone if I said I had two tickets for the away end and don't have any loyalty points.......

Does it normally annoy people when you come up with the same bollocks every time a game sells out?

I genuinely do have two tickets, but I've given them to somebody else. I shall however, be going to London that day for beers somewhere instead of going to the football.

Got mine on Monday in the end but had to phone up. They said they knew there was an issue and the "IT people" were looking at it...

Have to agree with Kes here. Buying tickets on your own ST and member card is for losers. It means you actually have to fork out for a ST and sit through shit games both home and away for the occasional interesting one that pops up.

IN for abusing the STs of those married with kids who can't/won't do away games.

this is one of the few that I'm not doing.....in any case, every game is an away game for me....!

I pretty much only do away games atm as well. If anyone's got a spare ticket or two for this I'll have them off you for £30 each

Think the club need to re think how away tickets are sold it's oxf*rd bollocks atm.

I would prefer to see it sold on a how many away games attended basis, rather than giving to season ticket holders who only bother for the big games.

Wednesday was £10 a ticket for adults. Yet we can't sell that out, Brentford was £26? + train fare meaning you would spend more than getting to Sheffield!!

You may spend more on the Brentford game but it will take a hell of a lot less time to get there and back.

I don't think you could do it on away games attended only basis as people do have other commitments than just football and might have to juggle them with going to football thus leaving them only able to attend the home games and the odd away games.

But for those of us who juggle them so we do the odd home game and majority of away games where does that leave us? I have no interest in getting a season ticket but would travel anywhere for the club. Why should I miss out on the 'better' games ?

Maybe my suggestion wouldn't work that well but I still feel the club should do something for those of us who travel consistently. I went to 'boro last year, and still went this year. Yet for that I get a mere 10 points. Whereas if I went to 1 game at home (where the tickets are cheaper than boro) I get the same.

Don't see why or how the club could have allocated tickets any fairer. All current ST holders were given priority over non ST holders which is right. Then it was came down to how many points you had accumulated over the years which determined when you bought.
