Tokyo Sex Whale I'm sure this has been discussed before, but it would be good if you could somehow pay in relation to performance.

If the team win you pay x
Draw - x - £5
Lose = x - £10

Would be a chicken and egg approach in that the club would need to spend, and the recoup the money through wins.

Tokyo Sex Whale It isn't really that at all.

But seriously, my response is -

I see where you're coming from, I completely agree that there is far more to a matchday experience than the simplicites of win/draw/lose but do think the outcome is VERy important in defining the experience. Playing good football but drawing every week would soon lose its appeal.

I wonder whether a pricing formula could be derived that incorporates goals scored and result.

Maybe something along the lines of -

Loss - £5
Draw - £10
Win - £15

0 Goals scored - £0
1 Goal Scored - £5
2 Goals scored - £10
3+ Goals Scored - £15

I understand this is all hypothetical and couldn't really happen, but removing logistics of payment, would this be a better payment model? (i haven't properly worked out the £'s side but you get the idea).

£30 for a 3-0 win
£25 for a 3-3 draw
£20 for a 1-0 win

Most people have got a season ticket for home games.

I would be in favour of subsidising certain away games though.
If you buy an away ticket on your membercard, and the team lose, then the club subsidises £5 of your next away trip in the form of a voucher code?
It's not really a refund as such as it has no monetary value, and you can only use it in continuing your away support.

Harpers So Solid Crew Following the disappointment in the transfer window by fans, RFC are considering new ST prices for next season already.

Basically they have had a look and decided that the Upper West should be nearer £800 a season, and the Lower West nearer £600, with no concessions, similar to Chelsea.

The central blocks in the East, where fans dont get wet could be increased to £550 for renewals, with no single seats left between ST holders. Non popular areas to remain the same price as now.

Similar in the North where the front blocks and the edge areas could be less, than the most popular central blocks, but this could be the bargain stand, with concessions available for £100/£150, and the better seats full price ST around £300.

The maths suggests that this could increase sales by approximately £3mill, enough to cover the wages of two average players at this level.
