SCIAG
Pepe the Horseman Be a doll and sum that up for us x

One word: stability

Other salient points:

- They chose Reading because it has a university
- They didn't realise how much financial trouble we're in
- They still want to improve the squad
- The academy is very important
- The FA Cup is very good

I think it's more that Reading has a university with a high intake of foreign students from south East Asia and they see that as a possible entry point to a potentially lucrative market that they know very well.

Agreed, plus Reading's University is actually one of the best in the world I believe so there is much to attract overseas students and give us the possibility of really getting a decent foothold in SE Asia for the club the size we are.

Back that up with pre season tours of the region and we could be attracting more money and possibly unearthing some good talented young players.

Not so worried about the finance misunderstanding though, it may be that he just means they didn't really understand the FFP implications and the difficulty in moving players on with the higher wages.

Summer is going to be very interesting at this club.
