Magnus Then I'm guessing you pass a multitude of places that do nicer food for less money than the glorified kebab vans outside the mad stad.

Not a multitude no.

But enough to make my decision and not be complaining about the lack of tray, or the prices I may or may not choose to pay.

Shame there's more staff in one of the EColi vans than in the whole of KFC otherwise I'd be finger lickin' more often...

RoyalBlue
Wimb Me and my old man got a hot dog, burger and chips for £9.50 last night.

Prices are bordering on stupid but then we keep paying them...

So is it the prices that are stupid?

A very good chippy not that far away and you get loyalty points!

Nah obviously it's my stupid fault for ignoring the cheaper places :D but then I actually think the food from the vans tastes pretty good :|

I used to enjoy getting a nice Rollover hotdog at a game as a little 'treat' once every home game. Nice bread, nice sausage, nice squeezy ketchup bottle to add sauce to my dog.

This season, that's all gone. So I am holding on to my £3.20 and buying a Maccy D's instead.

For the 22 home games this season, that is a massive £70.40 that the club is losing out on from me this year, I hope they go bankrupt over it the b*stards.

Prefer the hotdogs outside the ground. Never quite trusted the rollovers after they experimented by inserting them into a baguette :|

That said, tried a Pizza pod the other week (when the food vans weren't at the game) and it was pretty darn good

£3.70 for a cheeseburger these days, an extremely average one at that.

Last time I grab one of them to be honest.

People who buy food/drink at football matches = people who have money to burn.

If you REALLY have to eat, then sausage and chips is always a winner. Little cheeky wink to the Eastern European birds behind the counter always means a few extra chips
