Season Ticket Seat Change Deadline

Anyone know any information on this, its just I fancy changing my season ticket, and you never hear any info on how to do it. When does it have to be done by, and first and foremost, how on earth do you go about doing it? Thanks in advance.

Edit: Just seen that there's a Mover's Day on 3rd May. Is it too late to do anything then? Do they only give you one day to sort out your seat change? Ridiculous.

What so do I go to the ticket office and they'll sort it for me? And I can do that at any point, as long as there are seats available to move to?
