Buy-Back Voucher Query

Anybody received their buy-back vouchers yet or know what value are supplied?

Is the buy back scheme mentioned on the OS? I can't see it..... I had a couple of spares for City but couldn't get through to the Sales Centre so I guess the club lost a few quid. NO way am I hanging on a phone [at my expense] so the club can make a big profit..... And why the hell give out vouchers? Hardly buy back is it?

More 'give us your ticket so we can make money and we'll get cash off you too as the profit margin in store is quite high - and you will probably need to add cash to a voucher to buy anything anyway....'
