Debit Card Expiry Dates

Just a warning to AWS ticket holders, keep an eye on the expiry date on your debit card, mine ran out and I didn't let the club know, they said they tried to contact me, obviously they didn't and therefore I have no ticket for the Portsmouth game.

Be especially aware if your ticket is linked to a friend as I thought mine had been sent to him, it hadn't, hence why I only chased it today.

I rang them in advance of Darlington cup game because i wanted to change the details of the card i was using. i had to repeat my details 3 times for each of the games ( Darlo, Wham & Pompey ). A few days later i noticed that i had Darlo and Wham tickets on my Royalty points but no Pompey.

I rang again and was told that the original allocation for Pompey had been sold but that when when the 2nd batch of tickets comes in they would charge my card and submitted my details yet again.

Guess what, they didn't process my ticket and i too am now left without ticket for Pompey despite being assured that i had one.

Having an Away Season Ticket has actually hindered me from getting a ticket instead of guaranteeing it.

I have now cancelled my AWS and my Cup game tickets as i can't trust the ticket office to credit me for them.
