If that's it and we're out. I want to see something like this against Costa Rica. Lets really see the future.

Hart
Johnson, Cahill, Jagielka, Baines
Henderson, Wilshire
Stirling, Barkley, Lallana
Lambert/Sturridge

Avon Royal Gerrard is an utter bellend.

The press and Liverpool have covered for Gerrard for years disguising the fact that for most games he's a passenger. The odd wonder strike and a lot of crap the rest

Very sad.

Hart pisses me off too. Never "his fault", but he never makes a match winning save

Hoping for a draw tomorrow to avoid defeat in the last 16 to another scarcely populated South American country.

There are counties in England with a higher population than Uruguay.

Shame, shame, shame.

Shirley you're forgetting his assist for the winner. Wonderful vision and link up with his Liverpool team mate.
And then there was his contribution to the first goal.
He was clearly the difference between the two teams

Look, lets not overreact. We weren't great, but we were done by two individual oxf*rd ups from one player who's in the twilight of his career, and one of the best strikers on the planet.

Yet again England are the nearly team, that but for the rub of the green would have been fine. Nothing new there.
