TBM Watching the Everton game I notice they have 2 extra officials (1 behind each goal)

How they working out?
Uefa put them there as a result of 'simulation' didn't they? I'm not watching, but if they're on the wrong side of the goal, how can they be of any help?

I doubt they've got a video ref at Exeter University v Bristol University, so I reckon you may be right.
