Scored yesterday apparently, whoopdedoo. Get off Sky Sports News Watford, anyone'd think you'd won the Champions League.

Well it was his first ever goal for them having been there 10 years :| I think it's fair to say that when Murty scored for us against QPR it was just as popular...

Murty's goal enabled us to beat the points record and reach 100 goals though didn't it? A bit more impressive than equalising against QPR in a mid-table clash.

We didn't reach 100 goals. 99 wasn't it?

To be fair, legging it from your own half and launching yourself into an unstoppable diving header does make it rather special.

And I didn't think we reached 100 goals?

99 goals sorry, it broke the points record though. I mean fair play to Doyley for scoring a goal, but for it to be a five minute feature on Sky Sports News is a complete pisstake, I'd rather watch Georgie Thompson's Gardening Tips.

I think we'd all rather watch Georgie Thompson pruning her shrubbery, to be fair.

Royalee 99 goals sorry

Bit concerned that you dont know your own team never reached the 100 goal mark.

A similar story was broadcast when Steve Potts scored his only goal for West Ham - it was widely accepted amongst the football community as a great occasion.

Another reason i'm glad we got rid of Coppell couldn't even make it to three figure goals per season. Good riddance

Does anyone have a copy of that photo of the Watford defensive wall carrying handbags and Lloyd Doyley floating in with an umbrella?
