Press dutifully reported all the police and home office efforts to solve the hooligan problem before the World Cup, whereas in reality there is no such problem.

The reason there where no Holigans in SA was they couldn't afford to go. You would have to be bloody thick to spend five grand on a trip and spend it in jail. Come the Euroes if we make it cheap trips to Poland will see the return of the ten German bomber cretins.

Thankfully we won't qualify so it won't be a problem.

Well done to Hull City on providing the most surreal incident of football hooliganism I have ever heard.

Throwing bottles around at 11.30 in the morning before a pre-season friendly in York. Perhaps they were upset because the police wouldn't allow them to do a pre-match tour of the Minster?
