Lots of clubs do that - it's not just Leicester. This is an attempt by the ground safety officer to control a group of "ultras" who are trying to create atmosphere there in the same way that "biscuit boys" tried at RFC a few years ago.

Can't for the life of me remember which ground it was but I remember having to leave my RFC flag in reception as "having it in the ground would contravene fire regulations"
It's a football match not a carnival. Quite right.

The mong element have complained. Apparantly moaning loudly IS counted as shouting.
