When Reading played Manchester United in the FA Cup at Elm Park, I came down by train from Liverpool to London. On it were also a lot of Everton fans off to their own game (obviously no Manchester United, but that's fair enough). When our train stopped in Nuneaton, we could see the train on the next platform which was going up to Liverpool. It was absolutely heaving with Liverpool supporters - I've never seen an Inter-City train so full. Gave the Everton fans a good laugh.
