I'd go for Chelsea and Arsenal 3rd and 4th, as they are having bad seasons but are still up with a spurs team having a good one.

To paraphrase Ian Branfoot, if Chelsea can take 32 points from 16 games in a period when, by their own admission, they are playing badly, they they surely can't wait to see how they'll do when they are playing well!

I guess all of the "top four" clubs will finish in the top four won't they?

I think Spurs will make it. This is the best Spurs team since 1987 & I think they will be in the title race for a while yet. I have them down for 3rd place. probably Chelsea for 4th.

I'll need to make a detailed analysis of the respective attendance figures of the clubs, both home and away, before being able to answer the OP in any meaningful way.

It'll almost certainly be the same top 4 as last season, unless Spurs make some mega-bucks signings in January.

Liverpool might get in there next season.

Why do you feel you have to respond to frimley in a meaningful way?

You see, I'm not sure about this. Everyone is jumping on the Spurs bandwagon, but lets not forget they got beaten at Stoke, and only just beat an average Sunderland team 1-0 yesterday - with much harder games to come and with the possibility of a few injuries, they could struggle imo. Lennon is out for a few weeks - Bale is a little dodgy also. Just not sure they have quite a good enough squad at present.

+1

The top 4 will be (in no particular order) the 2 Manchester clubs, and the 2 London clubs left in this season's Champions League.

United, City, Tottenham and Chelsea. Don't have a clue in what order though.
