Fantasy Premier League

I was born in 1980, so I grew up with some teams who are now playing in lower leagues who still feel like they ought to be in the top flight. I would also like to see Celtic and Rangers in the league, and a welsh team to spice it up. Who would be in your premier league dream division?

They're not bottom, the season hasn't started and in my fantasy league alphabetical order doesn't effect the league table.
