The Shits have an eminently losable game at Fleetwood. I'm not holding my breath for a resurrection of the A327 derby.

Not that good a draw for minnows at home to bigger sides so i wouldn't mind Harrogate Town v Hastings United being on the TV. Great chance for both sides to get into the third round but i bet Rotherham v Notts County is on tv just for the 'new york' jokes

Barry the bird boggler
Royalist MK Dons Vs AFC Wimbledon also a chance. Proper Wimbledon fans say they'd never give money to MK Dons so could see an empty away end for a huge grudge match!

Bet that ones on telly sadly.

Wimbledon have issued a statement saying that they'll fulfil the fixture if it happens.

AthleticoSpizz Yate out, Slough still in

Slough took 250 to Mansfield yesterday (i.e. Slough's average home gate). A pretty good game despite the lack of goals, with 2 (Slough) clearances off of the line, a Mansfield header hitting the post, a great tip-over by the Mansfield keeper and a superb clearance as Slough were about to score into an empty net. Apparently that is worth about 5 seconds of ITV's time on a highlights programme lasting 75 minutes, even though they're now the lowest-ranked club left in, and were playing a team 66 places above them away from home.

Anyway, great day out, good chats with locals before the game, lovely ground and none of the patronising that often comes with lower league matches.

Sounds like you enjoyed the day Christof, chuffed for Slough.

Nothing surprises me about ITV's coverage, at least when MOTD used to do it, everybody had a decentish advert free slot.........and there wasn't Chiles

Royalist Slough have a chance of playing Walsall again if both sides win their replays  Paul Merson was Walsall manager when they lost to Slough would be funny if Soccer Saturday made him watch that game!

Except Sky have no access to FA Cup games so how will he get to watch it?

Soccer Saturday lot do report back on games sky do not have rights for.

ITV also promoted Bradford Park Avenue to League 2.

Also with regards to Slough highlights most games were goals only so of course the 0-0 wasn't going to get much time.
