What Happens When The Man Of The Match Is Under 18?

Sky give the man of the match a bottle of champagne. They surely wouldn't give an under 18 champagne live on tv?

Come to think of it, when teams win a big game (get promoted, win a major cup game etc) the players all jump around and glug champagne, are under 18s prohibited from joining in? So few players have made it big before they're twenties, I don't recall seeing this happen.

Football ground is a privately owned place, legal as long as under the supervision of an adult.....at a guess????

Not sure, really. I think it's still illegal to supply under 18s with alcohol regardless of purchase. But it would suck quite a lot if you won the league with your team and they all got to drink champagne and spray each other and you had to to stand back and watch.
