I get the feeling that many Swans fans will be thinking "ah well, we won't be playing that every week" after their absolute battering by Man City (I noted Rodgers post-match comments and chuckled - 4-0 is 4-0, a battering). I have a sneaking suspicion that Saturday's game with Wigan will prove a massive wake-up call for them and Rodgers though. I put it out there that Wigan will win handsomely, gut instinct is 3-0.

We're in trouble if that happens. Didn't see the press conference, and 4-0 is a battering, but we won't be playing teams that good every week. However, if we continue to play in the 'Arsenal' styley whilst trying to walk it in, as for most of last season, then all the likes of Wigan, Stoke, Wolves et al need to do it nick a goal and it's game over.

good honesty

not sure which way it'll go tbh, the likes of Williams and Tate could be the new Roger Johnson and take to it like a duck to water.

then again, they could be the new Sam Sodje.

Williams and Caulker looked ok and I think they'll be fine. Tate, who is a legend, is a bit like M-U-R-T-Y...out of his depth in the Prem but you don't discard players like that. Taylor needs to play LB to give Sinclair an option on the overlap.

How many goals have those "great entertainers" scored this season?

Pathetic.

 Saw the whole game streamed. Wigan just sat back bar 10-15 mins in the middle of the second half when they hit the bar /post twice and had the pen. Should've put the game out of sight before then though. As per above, would've been game over if they'd nicked one.

Great movement but poor finishing so far. Should've had at least 1 yesterday. Felt for him at Citeh though as he was completely isolated.

You obviously aren't familiar with Royalee, he has been in love with Rodgers for years. His post is sarcasm.

What....they have 8 points after 7 games( only 3 points off the relegation zone).....what a peculiar comment. :|

 I'd suggest that a newly promoted team who have yet to concede a goal at home after four Premiership games are are doing well. They are currently 10th in the Premiership. Hardly peculiar...but then again you and I rarely agree on anything.
