For once we diverge luxo, I don't really care that much but if i could choose the clubs to go down it would be QPR, Wolves and Wigan

yes, Tredder, it's a Doyle/Hunt thing.

Must admit I like them less now McCarthy's sacked (ditto Warnock and QPR)

I think there remains an anti-Bolton thing since the 1995 play-offs (which is odd becasue I don't feel -or detect- any anti Swansea feeling). Didn't like them before that either.

Blackburn? Irrational dislike, as irrational as liking Wigan quite a lot.

If we go up, I'd like QPR & Wolves to somehow survive, as they are at least relatively local games to look forward to; that having been said, I suspect Wolves and Wigan are doomed, and QPR probably doomed.

I think we need 10 points
Liverpool H (win or draw)
Sunderland A (Draw)
Swansea H (win)
West Brom A (draw)
Stoke H (win)

and a lucky point somewhere else.

I don't have anything against QPR,we've done excellently off their scraps recently. I just think their captain and manager are massive pcunts.

three points v Swansea are the danger there. QPR's other problem is that Bolton and Blackburn (and even Wigan) escape at the last minute every year. Looks like one of those has to go down this year.

FiNeRaIn I'm not praying QPR get relegated at all, thats way over the top. That said they were one of the worst set of fans calling us plastic and bemoaning our existence as a club yet they have been operating as a farce to football for the last 4 years on top of this latest fiasco. Their emergence back to the big time has also brought around a few thousand new fans...yet Reading were described as plastic when this happened to us.
Its not just QPR fans that are cretinous morons though...its generally 90% of football fans with these silly stereotypes and attitudes, its really put me off the game. Now with the net and media as powerful as it is, all the views of stupid fans are transmitted so much you can't ignore them.

" need to bring mayhon on, get mayhon on"

But thats bullshit in a sense.

Reading have averaged more than QPR for over a decade now, even in division two. There is no way that can be plastic glory hunting. If you had a 25,000 ground you say you could fill it, amazing considering you were getting 11k a week even before briatore? Massive hypocrisy tredder.

man alive - Wolves? QPR? OK Bolton yes. I'm looking forward to Kean keeping Blackburn up, just to absolutely fuck off the twattish Blackburn fans. All the Blackburn fans I've ever met were wankers. (OK there were 3 of them but still...)

Tredder It's never brought a few thousand new faces at all, it's brought back a few thousand fans,

It's 16 years since QPR were last in the top flight.

The idea that QPR's rise is just made up of old fans is ridiculous.

The fact is that all clubs gain new fans when they have success*. It's just that with clubs who've had success before, there's a myth that it's fans returning. People talked about how great it was to see the crowds flocking back to Blackpool last season, as if everyone there could remember watching Match of the Day in black & white.

* the reality is that clubs attract new fans every year. They just lose some as well. Do well and you'll gain more than you lose. Sure, if you do well then some of those may be returning fans, but only some.

Particularly Wolves. They are without any shadow of doubt the most vile football club in England (in my opinion!)

When they went up some cnut turned up to the Didcot v Reading friendly strutting around in his Wolves shirt. Wanted to lump him.

Barring an act of God, I think they will be down.
