Harry isn't usually one to moan about officials but he will if that turns out to be the winner!

"Law-makers said last month that a decision on goal-line technology systems will be made on 2 July." After a high-profile cock-up like this one it will be a unanimous yes!

Also why was Cech not carded? The ref played advantage but very often books the outfield player when play stops. So how does Cech get away with that?

Cech not red carded as he didn't deny Spurs a goal scoring opportunity.

Well he blatantly did but Spurs were fortunate for the ball to reach Bale. The commentator said it wasn't violent conduct otherwise it would have been a red. Violent conduct? The keeper took out the striker without getting the ball? That's a red card on any other day.

So he didn't then. Not a dangerous tackle so no retrospective card.

No.

In that game the ref stopped play at the moment of the foul and awarded the penalty. Therefore goal scoring chance denied.

The ref in that game was roundly condemned for not playing advantage and awarding a goal.

Spurs fan on wikipedia
Martin Atkinson. Full name Martin "Twat" Atkinson (chelsea fan) (born 31 March 1971) is an English professional football referee FIFA. He was born in Bradford, West Yorkshire, but is now based in nearby Leeds.[2].

Since his first appearance in the Football League as an assistant referee in 1995, Atkinson has refereed a number of notable matches, including the FA Community Shield and the finals of both of the FA Trophy and FA Cup

roman abamovic payed for a house for him so he could be bias to chelsea in the fa cup final. he accpted although he already had decided to be bias He is best known for scoring a screamer vs Tottenham in 2011/12 FA Cup Semi-Final.

the public opinion of the guy(oxf*rd) can not be placed on wiki due to some "$£"!$!

agreed regarding the comments of a vile FA cup final.

Both teams play horrible football, have splashed millions on average players and both have repugnant fan bases for different reasons.

Terrible advert for the FA cup having these two in the final. Man Utd/Arsenal/Tottenham/Newcastle/Man city, etc would have been the opposite.
