Compo's Hat Up from £1.78bn to £3.018bn, about 70% increase. Foreign deals will probably push money figure higher!

ZacNaloen So how am I going to watch these BT games?
by ZacNaloen » 13 Jun 2012 18:58
Compo's Hat BT won the A package (as well as F) so will have the pick of the games. No idea what pubs are going to do if the games are only available on BT Vision.
Does anyone actually have BT Vision?

Barry the bird boggler Will this jeopardise the highlights package on BBC? We won't have it going to ITV I hope....

"Under the new agreement, BT secured two of the seven packages on offer, showing 28 Saturday lunchtime games, including the opening game of the season, and 10 matches taking place on bank holidays or midweek evenings."

TBM Considering you can watch any game on the net anyway, I couldn't really give a shit

It was quite hit and miss where the Royals were concerned last season. Let's hope we can get better coverage next.

Wimb Big blow for ESPN... wondering if they'll just make it a free to air channel after next season as can't see that many people subscribing for Rugby and a bit of European football. Suppose ESPN America makes it a bit more appealing but I'm shocked they've lost out.

Squelchy2507 I'm glad ESPN have lost out, their coverage is even worse than Setanta IMHO.
BT will cover the Saturday lunchtime games (28 games) and 10 bank holiday / midweek evening games..
Sky will show 116 games on Sunday/Monday and guarantee to cover each team a minimum of 4 times per season
Changes are from 2013/14 season of course.
