And Nancy's start at Celtic goes from bad to worse as St Mirren win 3-1 in the League Cup Final.

Stephen Robinson is a decent manager who has consistently got St Mirren punching about their weight.

I'd take Robinson as a manager here.

Spent his whole playing career in the Football League and whilst St Mirren aren't the prettiest team to watch, they're well organised and hard to beat.

A very well liked player in his days down here.
As an attacking midfielder in his playing days I reckon he could sort our midfield out and get the best out of what we have got.

losing your first 3 Celtic games, with one of them being a cup final, is quite mental

I was just on a work call with someone who is on the board at Hearts!

He said that the Hearts board just passed an agreement that not only will all prospective players have to be looked at by an AI analytics tool, but they have approved that only players in the top 10% of the AI analytics can be signed by the club.

also said they signed a player from the Norwegian 2nd div not long ago using this method for £200k and their aim is to get £2M for him

With only 1 round of games to go, Hearts will be top at Xmas.

When was the last time someone other than the Old Firm led the way at Christmas?

AI tells me it was Aberdeen in 93, then when I looked up the results between them and Rangers that season it turned out not to be true

Aberdeen did finish 2nd that year, only 3 behind Rangers and could have won the league on the last day so that is probably why it is confused.

And is allegedly about to be sacked.

Club sources deny the rumour.

It is difficult to argue with the way Tony Bloom has done things at Brighton and he has now brought the Midas touch to Hearts.
Great if they can keep things going for the rest of the season in a league where Celtic has so much more money than anybody else from their regular European adventures.
