Energy crisis and energy poverty come winter; fuel crisis, cost of food shooting up, and Fulham want £52 a ticket from season ticket holders. Really poor on Fulham's part.

That can't be the cheapest/average? That has to be the highest and in the posh seats - would be a huge pissstake otherwise.

That's for the new stand so would be new season ticket holders. They haven't yet announced the price for renewing. Their fans group are already protesting to the club to rethink the £1000

I see. Wouldn't be surprised to see that figure come down then, the should 100% protest. That is incredibly expensive for Fulham, even if it is on par with other London clubs, they aren't.

It's £1,000 for any seat in the lower tier as part of the new stand offering, and for one season only (upper tier won't be ready until 23/24) - this time next year the club will announce proper tiered pricing for the whole stand and resell the seats, with priority to those who buy for 22/23. Lost a bit in the shock at the four-figure number is that the best seats in the old Johnny Haynes Stand were £900 already.

But that figure won't be reduced.

With the massive input of TV money for Prem clubs (?minimum £100 million) they could afford to charge a nominal amount such as £5 to cover some match-day costs in the knowledge that they would still sell refreshments, replica kits etc. to a packed crowd and make profits.
Such is the ludicrous disparity between the two sources of revenue, i.e TV and match-day receipts/season ticket sales.

Fulham could even reward existing ticket holders by charging very little and newbies more , as a poster said, to watch 19 relegation producing matches.

Was listening to a thing the other day where they were discussing the gulf between Prem & Champ making it hard for clubs to stay up and then they went on to point out that the biggest gap between clubs within a division may well be L1, with Sunderland/Ipswich vs Morecambe/Fleetwood as examples.

Depends what it's in respect to, size of clubs or actually quality?

Potentially there is then. I wouldn't necessarily say the Championship but maybe the PL, mainly because the top clubs in the PL have the capability to win the biggest trophies. So the likes of Man United and Liverpool are going to be far bigger than Brighton and Brentford, for instance. Arguments for both L1 and the PL though.

It's sad they they have a billionaire owner who isn't prepared to put his hand in his pocket even though they are getting a shedload of money from being in the PL.

Didn't their chavy classless racist bigoted blue fans of their rivals have a fit because their hero Abamovic was tripling ST prices next season? Bout 4 grand some of them apparently.

Brobot says he wants a draw in City v Liverpool.

Is that because:
A. he supports both of them. They’re brill, cannot decide who is more brill, or
B. A draw is a good result, both dropping two points leaves the Title open for United, or
C. Erm, Ian Royal, I guess
