Row Z Royal More unbelievables from Arsenal tonight. 3rd goal tonight was exquisite. Dicking all over a Braga side that disposed of Sevilla over two legs in the qualifying round.

Yawn, typical fawning over an Arsenal side who regularly make mincemeat of lesser sides with far fewer resources yet the moment they go up against the top sides they suddenly lose their swagger. Remember 4 x thrashings by Manchester United and Chelsea last season and 1 x mauling by Barca? Pretenders.

Shame for the haytaz they weren't playing Inter or Bayern or Barca in the second leg of the quarters and that with this soffffft group they'll have to be put up with into late Febberz at the earliest

I'd rather watch Arsenal over the dross the Man United and Chelsea sometimes come up with.

winchester_royal Wilshere is going to be one hell of a player.

Yep, agree with this, incredibly composed on the ball for his age, I'd end Lamps' England career sooner rather than later and put Wilshere in the squad.

Yawn, who cares? For that 90 minutes they probably gave as much pleasure to the watching neutrals as any other team has ever given - all down to the quality of the football they play. It doesn't get much better than that and to look for a reason to give it the old bah humbug is a pity. Just enjoy it.

^^ uber agree.

Why can you not enjoy a performance last night because they might not match it in a few months time?

So basically the argument is that it was shit because Arsenal played well?

Right.

I saw 5 minutes and it was sublime. Turned over when Fabregas scored the header.

Did you miss the best backheeled pass in the history of football?

Wilshere's dinked one two through ball to Chamakh inside the area was more than sublime...

Enjoy it while you still can. He's English, so expect him to wang one up one of the other players' missus' sh*t locker sometime soon, and then Wenger will be forced to get rid, ala Jermaine Pennant, for being too big for his boots. It's why he picks Frenchman, they can cheat and get away with it (Spacey bait in place..........................)

I think we've done this before. Football is, for many people, an emotive and emotional game. I have never hidden the fact that I do not like Arsenal. This dislike is for a number of reasons, mostly petty.

Of course they are very good against mediocre oppositon. Probably the best in England. I also hope that Walcott and Wilshere become extremely successful for England. But seeing them thrash Braga is as enjoyable for me as seeing Chelsea thrash West Brom.

I far preferred Bremen v Spurs. Sport not ballet.

Very true.

Boners over Barce.

Hard to imagine a team winning a WC by playing 5-a-side football.
But that's what happened, this year.

Just imagine if Robben had converted one of those two massive chances

Or if Howie'd pointed to the spot, etc

^ f*ck me some of the fawning above, as if Arsenal invented passing the ball. All very well pinging the ball around and making a side with significantly fewer resources look a bit silly, come back to me when they're doing that against any of the top sides at home and abroad. I wouldn't mind Arsenal half as much if they weren't such self-important c*nts; remember their (former) captain having a sit-down strop by the corner flag when they conceded a last minute penalty? Or how about Fabregas (their current captain) coming on to the field of play at the end of a game he hadn't even played in to have a go at Hull players, yes a pop at those representing the might of Hull. Add in to that the one-eyed sourness of their manager and his regular tirades at opposition who have the temerity to tackle his players. If they were made of chocolate they'd f*cking well eat themselves.
