soggy biscuit
Royal Rother How can you not watch this and marvel at the beauty of the Spanish at their best?

Boring? I feel sorry for you.

I imagine kids all over Spain will run to the streets at the final whistle, full of excitement as they re inact the nations finest hour. Little Xavi's & Iniesta's line up on opposite sides the road as they slowly pass it backwards and forwards between the 2 of them completely ignoring the goalposts nearby until sun goes down and their mums call them in.

Oh the chdhood memories they will have.....

 Exactly.

Silver Fox
winchester_royal Indeed, boring =/= shit

Fortunately, if you actually like good football, this is neither

Define 'good' football?

Spain are nice to watch for 30 minutes, but anyone trying to claim that this match is as good as some of the games in the PL this season where the players aren't as technically good should be laughed off this forum.

It would be a more interesting game if Spain decided to actually have a few shots from distance.

I'd have more respect for the Italians if they at least tried to stop Spain taking the piss by flying in with a few hefty tackles Leeds style.

They are going to lose, should really try to clatter a few a few of the Spanish on the way out.

Massive anticlimax - easily the most uncompetitive final in years.

Fukk off Hansen with your anti-Balotelli sentiment and fukk off Lawro telling us about your bet on Torres, no-one cares.

Spain deserved winners and that was anything but boring. Could have been different had Di Natale scored early in the second half though.

Masterclass from Spain TBF tbh, not their fault Italy weren't up to the task and went down to 10 men. I refer anyone who can't enjoy a one sided match to the 1970 world cup final. Would you haters of preferred a 0-0?
