Fully support the argument to keep politics, particularly separatist politics & sectarianism out of football. I suspect the original poster knows thought that coming from a Rangers fan who by his gloating on here we can assume takes some kind of pervise pride in his clubs involvement in the aforementioned, somewhat waters down the point he's making.

But as a fishing trip it's caught a fair few so fairfucks.

FiNeRaIn Nothing wrong with an allegiance to Ulster seeing as rangers have a bunch of NI players in the squad. The same reason Reading fans wave american and irish flags for their players.

Celtic's current manager is Neil Lennon, can you explain to me why their supporters don't wave Ulster flags and perform the red hand of Ulster salute?

Because they don't recognise Northern Ireland as a country and believe in a united Ireland. However thats rubbish as Northern Ireland is an established country - as a British man you should know first hand as its part of the union. Nothing wrong with that. Celtic are the one's with the problems to do with it, not Rangers.

Reading fans were doing a Millsy salute last home game and waving their fingers around, led by you Floyd, this bigoted offensive act is far more serious and distasteful.

Didn't people in Belfast give Lennon a load of abuse at a NI game because Lennon had just joined Celtic as a player?

Yes because he dared to be a Catholic AND want to play for Northern Ireland some tolerant members of the red hand gang didn't take kindly to it.

Also he did say he wanted to disband the NI team and have a single united Irish team.

That didn't go down too well in certain parts of NI.

Oh, and I've definately seen the Ulster flag waved at Celtic games:

FiNeRaIn That's not a political agenda, last i checked Rangers weren't campaigning to seperate from Scotland like barca are with spain

See this is what I mean. You're spouting rubbish when we all know it's a political statement.

You might be fishing, in wish case I'd say you should grow up and get a life, but I wouldn't be surprised if you thought this was a decent argument.

FiNeRaIn So if anyone remembers the Inter game we had Barcelona fans setting off fire alarms in inters team hotel, police trying to arrest eto'o for taxes, sprinklers turned on to soak the inter players celebrating getting to the final, not to mention on the field diving.

Now, during their own title celebrations there was rioting on the streets with 150 injured and over 100 arrested. Who does this? When you've won too..

http://itn.co.uk/095db65f9c055f50caa9ed779b2ba38b.html

Why do people still insist on supporting them as their Spanish club? They are a nasty little club with scum fans, political agendas ( separatist groups) and arrogant oxf*rd of players.

Millwall > Barcelona.

Bloody right they have got a political agenda the way they suffered under fascist Franco, dont blame them either, they have a hatred for Real Madrid.

FiNeRaIn Ugh no, it's the red hand of ulster salute? Thank god neither if you work for the media.

Have a look at the northern Ireland flag. On top of the fact it's Celtic with the anti Israel support, part of their issues with the British and American governments over gaza.

You would understand if the Israeli's saw the gesture as offensive due to it's similarity to the Nazi salute though wouldn't you? Or is it only Gers fans who are allowed to be upset by political/religious salutes?

I think the absolute sway in agenda towards Rangers says it all, stop deflecting from the subject....HNA is crawling with closet Barca fans, its cringe worthy.

I'm LOLing at you right back

Small club? Most trophies won in world football and an attendance of 50,000 which is massive considering the quality of players in the spl.
Arrogant players, staff, etc - no evidence to back that up and you know fvck all about the current crop of Rangers players or staff anyway to make that call.

Look in the mirror before you call someone an idiot.

So they have got scum fans and political agendas then?

All the SpL titles in the world don't enhance claims to the size of a club BTW

Reading have scum fans in places, all clubs have an element.

I don't remember Rangers fans attacking a middlesbrough supporters bus full of disabled fans. :D

There is really no other suitable word for such a club.
