And who saw Reading play at the Rosa Lida - Malaga? Ark Royal played for Reading that day. BASTARD!!! I bumped into Ian Branfoot a couple of months ago. I told him how gutted I was that I didn't know about it. I would have loved to have got involved in that one.

RG30 Did any posters ever see Reading play at Odsal after the Valley Parade stadium fire?


Yes. 3-0 defeat and it was bloody freezing! I cant believe that Odsal held over 100,000.


Funnily enough was talking with a few people at work this morning about the start of the Superleague season. One bloke was saying how he's stopped watching the Bulls because even in the height of summer with 25,000 people there, Odsall is the coldest place on earth. I suggested he visit Boundary Park sometime.

Seen football and RL at both of those grounds.

Odsal takes the crown for me, because Boundary Park has a roof!
