Can somebody please tell me just how this guy gets away with so many absolutely horrendous red-card challenges?

Couldn't believe the one on Sunday. Ref was looking straight at it as well.

Although you know that, even had he been sent off, the FAW would have rescinded the card in time for him to play against us this week.
