Terminal Boardom Because they ALL stand. In the middle class environment that is the Mad Stad, standing is frowned upon.

Guess it was just the working class fans who went to Loftus Road yesterday then and stood for the whole game

You have missed the point. If everyone stands, nothing will be done. Plus, if you dont stand at Stalag Loftus, you see feck all.

Big Foot So why mention classes as if making some kind of ground breaking observation?

LoyalRoyalFan Cardiff fans can stand at their new ground? We can't allow a few 100 fans to stand, yet they can let a whole stand.

LoyalRoyalFan So when Cardiff come on Wednesday, watch them all stand and not get noticed.
Few 100 fans stand in Y25/26 and it becomes an issue.

Clearly Reading fans don't have the passionate, hard-edged working class background he craves in a football crowd, where you can watch the game among people for whom the game matters hugely in their lives. That's why he watches football in Maidenhead these days.
