Chelsea and Manchester City, Portsmouth, Cardiff, Plymouth, Crawley Town.

There are clubs like Reading who have stumbled upon times when they have been able to spend a bit of money. And there are others like the above who have mortgaged the club and the aspirations of their fans on stadiums, players and wages they can't afford for short-term gain.

It's a disgrace, as is the Premier League/FA's inaction on the matter. A cancer in the sport I love.
