never realised bull played for England 13 games has shocked me tbh, shows I don't scour wiki 24-7 - Giggs I'm not having 1 game for the under 16's is just being pedantic - valid inclusion imo, not going to add to the list then?

How does Giggs qualify for this list when he was born in Cardiff? Are you counting anyone that is/has been eligible for England? Arteta would be worth a shout then and many people who chose RoI, Wales or Scotland.

Didn't Giggs only play for England schoolboys meaning his school was in England? (I could be very wrong)

I once read an interview when he said something along the lines of he played for England schoolboys on the advice of his father. Parents then split up and he changed to Wales, as he didn't really want to play for England in the first place.

LOL @ knowing who Steve Bull is, but considering the fact of his England performance so obscure that it's the kind of thing only revealed by painstaking research.

Giggs is Welsh, by the way.

That's my understanding of it. Played for England schoolboys as he was in school in England at the time, I don't think he could have played for England if he wanted to, his whole family is Welsh. That's what I remember reading/hearing anyway.

No mention of Ruel Fox?

Funny how some stars completely vanish down the ladder.

"In November 2008 Fox returned to hometown Ipswich and is now running a restaurant/bar as well as becoming a coach at Suffolk College in partnership with Whitton United.[2] As of April 2010, Fox was reported to be working as a personal trainer in Ipswich Harrier under 7s running club.[3]"

Another +1 for Bruce.

Not 0 caps, but given his quality, and partnership with Adams, I've always thought it remarkable that Steve Bould only got 2 England caps.

And did Julian Dicks ever get past Stuart Pearce and play a few times for England? I don't remember.
