Sounds like a great idea in theory, how much would you pay?

Fan-owned club struggling financially shocker. Perhaps they could try and get a wealthy American family on board or something.

LOL.
Pay what you want, providing its not less than 90 pounds. But we would strongly urge that its more than 140 quid.

This club really should voluntarily fold. It was pretty pointless to begin with and now its totally pointless.

So they're £90, yeah? Why don't they just say that?

Because the die hard Man Utd fans who no longer go to OT (expect for the 2nd half of this season to see them win the Premiership) will pile millions into this club and soon they'll be in League Two.

I know some old skool United fans that don't bother going anymore as 'it isn't the same as it use to be'. They go and watch FCUM from time to time.

You say that but they're doing quite well - one level below the Conference North and they're getting crowds that wouldn't look out of place a few levels higher.

That said, it is somewhat amusing that since the Glazers have come in, United have started winning things again.

Glazers came in Summer '05, right? In 04-05, they'd won nothing, in 05-06 they got the league cup and then 06-07 through to this season, they've won the League each season plus a few other smaller trophies.

I'd have gone back to United with my tail between my legs, to be fair.
